Ivaylo Slavov is a serial entrepreneur and executive with 30+ years of international experience in the fields of IT, Financial Services, Outsourcing, BPO and Human Resources through diverse managerial roles at Microsoft, SEB, Unisys, Comparex (PC Ware) across EMEA. In his position of a CEO and Chairman of Elevate and stepping on his strong background in Digital Transformation and Human Resources, Ivaylo Slavov is leading Elevate’s success on its way to becoming a leading provider of Flexible Workforce Solutions on all core markets of the company. He is also CEO of the investment company Finance Partner, a member of the Board of Directors of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK), and one of the founders of the Bulgarian Association for Innovation, Business Services, and Technology (AIBEST). Earlier, Ivaylo founded BULPROS (now known as DIGITALL). Under his leadership, the company became among the fastest growing technology companies in CEE.
